Super Eagles winger Victor Moses is delighted to win the 19th edition of the Mandela Challenge with the Super Eagles.
The Chelsea star whose zest in Eagles' attack sparked life in the team also admitted that his teammates didn't take their chances in the first half as it ended goalless.
"It was a great game for us," Moses stated.
"We wanted to win, and we are delighted to win the game. We did very well, but didn't take our chances."
Bafana Bafana failed to win the Mandela Challenge for a second consecutive year, having lost to Zambia at the FNB stadium last year.
Moses further revealed that he was looking forward to the coming season with Chelsea in the English Premiership.
"Me and the lads are looking forward to the start of the new season with Chelsea," he remarked.
Chelsea open the 2013/14 season with a home clash against newly promoted Hull City at Stamford Bridge.
