We here at OnoBello.com are particularly fond of the designer as we have not only worked closely with her but also regard her as family.

On the cover, the beautiful designer wears lime green dress with lace and beaded details carefully drawn as a face in front for her exclusive collection for Italian fashion house Dolce &Gabbana retail outlet- Spiga2 Concept in Milan, Italy, she is one of a handful of select brands presently stocked at the premier retail store.

In an exclusive interview with the magazine, she talks extensively on how she started with her 1940’s couture signature designs that have now evolved into a much more modern and cutting-edge brand and a full-blown fashion house. She also opens up on upcoming projects, exploring new markets with a diffusion and ready to wear line, the “internet” effect, mentoring young designers and a lot more…. We can’t wait to read the full story and see all the gorgeous photos from the shoot.

"The undisputed queen of African music", now resident in New York opens about staying grounded with a hugely successful career spanning three decades, being fit at 53, family and being Africa’s premier diva. She also talks about her musical influences and important aspects of her career so far.

This issue celebrity is Mai Atafo, arguably one of the most influential designers of the moment. His designs are legendary for it’s fusion of hand drawn prints and vivid colours. Mai puts down his sketching pen to talk to TW about his transition from the corporate world to the runway.

The magazine then moves on to applaud the work of five women in the fashion industry and I (Ono Bello) was one of the women for my workin New Media and Public Relations. Others are:Ayo Van Elmar (Fashion Designer), Adeyinka Fowora (Textile Merchant), Sandra Itu (Stylist), and Kemi Ogunleye (Media Practitioner).

The issue also has an extensive report on the 2013 GTB Lagos Fashion & Design Week through the eyes of the organiser Omoyemi Akerele.
You sure don’t want to miss this issue as it also packed with the magazine’s regular features on relationships, health, finance & beauty, plus articles to help you live your best, most authentic life.
