Taylor Swift, Justin Timberlake & Rihanna Are 2013 American Music Award’s Biggest Winners

The 41st edition of the American Music Awards held on Sunday, 24th November 2013 at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles and it was a night of fun and strikingly little drama, after the many controversies that have trailed music award shows that have held this year.

For once, the music and award recipients took center stage, as Taylor Swift with four awards – including the prestigious, Artist Of The Year award and Justin Timberlake with three awards which cut across the Soul/RnB and the Pop/Rock genres took the major honours.

Rihanna was also honoured as she made history by being the first artiste to ever be awarded the Icon award, which was presented to her by her mum.
